Product Introduction:

This machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) for control and touch screen operation. It has the characteristics of stable and reliable work, simple operation, high production efficiency, high screw cap quality, and wide application range.
Process structure composition:
1. This machine is mainly composed of conveying system, brush bottle washing machine, spraying machine and other parts.
2. The electrical control part is composed of Xinje PLC programmable computer program controller, Xinje touch screen, Xinje servo, TECO inverter, etc., with high integration, strong control ability and reliable operation. Application of touch screen technology makes the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient, and the man-machine interface is more friendly. Both the proximity sensor and the photoelectric sensor use OMRON brand sensing elements, so that the mechanical and electrical integration of the machine has a perfect performance.
Work process:
1. Divide the flow on the main conveyor belt and send the bottle to the front end of the spray machine.
Note: (Ensure that the bottle is continuously transported, so that the bottle depends on the bottle, and there is mutual force, and the phenomenon of bottle falling is not easy to occur.)
2. The bottle enters the spraying machine, and the spraying machine continues to spray, pour water into the bottle to soak the dirt in the bottle.
3. The bottle comes out through the spraying machine, the bottle is filled with water, and the conveying device sends the bottle to the next process.
4. From the bottle to the front end of the brush bottle washing machine, 24 bottles form a group, and enter the bottle washing station in the brush bottle washing machine through the bottle wheel in an orderly manner.
Note: (The hair brush bottle washing machine has 8 stations. When using the entire assembly line, the 8 stations in the hair brush bottle washing machine must be filled first. If there is no bottle in the station, the bottle will fall into the bottle. )
5. Rotate each station to rotate the bottle to the position of the brush. The brush rotates and extends into the bottle to wash the bottle. Turn one station at a time to enter 24 bottles. While entering 24 bottles, turn that station The washed 24 bottles are introduced into the brushing bottle washing machine, which continuously circulates the actions of bottle in and out, and brush washing of bottles, so as to realize automatic production.
6. The bottles from the brushing bottle washing machine pass through the conveying device and return to the main conveying line.
